Get involved
Prevention is a group effort. Here is where you fit.
Addicted To Life is a small 501(c)(3). What it can do depends almost entirely on the people who decide to help — with money, with time, or simply by passing accurate information along.
Support the mission
What a donation actually pays for.
There is no endowment behind this. Contributions fund the ordinary costs of doing prevention and awareness work in a community.
Educational materials
Writing, designing, translating, and printing the information people actually take home.
Community education
Showing up at schools, groups, and local events — which costs time, travel, and materials.
Keeping the organisation running
Filings, insurance, and the administrative floor beneath any registered nonprofit.
Giving
How to make a contribution
Our online giving page is being set up. In the meantime, send us a message and we will confirm exactly how to contribute — by cheque to the registered address, or by whichever method suits you.

If you are in recovery or have supported someone who is, your judgement about what helps is worth more than any brief.Operations and admin
The unglamorous scaffolding — scheduling, filing, records — that keeps a small nonprofit compliant and running.
Include what you would like to do and roughly how many hours a month you have.
Representing a school, employer, or community group?
Tell us what your community is dealing with and what would actually help. We will be straight with you about what we can and cannot do.

That is just as welcome. These national services are staffed around the clock and operate independently of Addicted To Life.

These are national services operated independently of Addicted To Life. We list them because they are the right destination for clinical care and crisis support — needs this organisation does not and cannot meet.
